Clear pricing for patient in-home tech help.
No surprise fees. No pressure. No confusing tech talk. I explain the expected cost before the appointment is confirmed, then help you understand what was done and why.
If you are not sure which service fits, start with a basic in-home tech support visit. You do not need to diagnose the problem before asking for help.
Not sure what to book?
Most customers do not know whether they need troubleshooting, setup, training, or account help. That is okay. These three options cover the most common situations.

A few honest pricing notes.
Some technology problems are simple. Some become more complicated once I see the device, account, network, or setup. If the work looks bigger than expected, I will pause and explain the options before continuing so you can decide what makes sense.
Hardware, replacement parts, subscriptions, apps, cables, accessories, and paid software are not included unless specifically stated.
What I do not offer.

Common pricing questions.
What if I choose the wrong service?
That is completely fine. Tell me what is happening in normal words, and I will help match the request to the right service before confirming the appointment.
Will I need to share my passwords?
No. Whenever possible, you enter your own passwords. If account access is needed, I explain why first and ask permission.
Can you help my parent or loved one?
Yes. With their permission, I can help a parent or loved one in the Las Vegas area and provide a simple update after the visit.
What if the issue takes longer than expected?
I pause, explain what I found, and discuss options before doing extra work. The goal is no surprises and no pressure.
Serving the Las Vegas Valley.
I provide in-home technology support throughout Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, and nearby communities. Travel fees may apply outside standard service areas.
Scheduling: Weekend appointments are available, with limited evening availability. Advance scheduling is recommended.
Ready to get help?
You do not need the right technical terms. Tell me what is not working, what you are trying to do, or what feels confusing, and I will help you figure out the next step.
